In my years as a practicing attorney and now as a teacher of exceptional high school law students, coaching mock trial teams has honestly been the most rewarding experience of my life. It is such a pleasure to observe my students learn and master complicated rules of evidence and procedure that are difficult even for college law school students. The many hours of study, preparation, practice, and scrimmaging have fortunately brought awards, legal contacts, scholarships and college acceptance for our Skyline Mock Trial team members, culminating in the Texas High Mock Trial Championship in 2015, as well as eight Dallas ISD championships in the last thirteen years.
